CENTRAL DE CARNES PREMIUM has cattle breeding farms in the regions of Madrid, Castilla León, and Castilla la Mancha, reaching a total of 30,000 head of cattle in cycle. For over 35 years, we have worked with farmers dedicated to cattle breeding; all of them are family-owned businesses located in rural areas.
